Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Databricks migration project, consolidating data from multiple platforms into a single source of truth. This is a critical initiative for our business, requiring a proactive and experienced leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration of data platforms to our new Databricks platform, collaborating with various data teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies across different data sources and platforms.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across technical, data, and business teams.
- Deliver a robust, scalable, and strategic data environment to support decision-making.
- Apply proven experience in data migration or modernization projects, preferably involving Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
- Maintain strong project management practices to keep the program on track.
- Engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently.
- Adopt a hands-on, delivery-focused approach to ensure project success.
