The Opportunity: Build the Blueprint with Us

Are you early in your career, highly ambitious, and looking for a company you can genuinely help build from the ground up? We are not looking for a temporary receptionist, nor are we offering a five-year pit-stop to pad out your CV. We are looking for a future pillar of our company. We are a scaling movement clinic, and we want a High-Agency Clinic Growth & Front of House Associate who wants to grow with us, embed themselves in our culture, and ultimately become a core, long-term leader in our business.

You do not need years of prior clinic experience to apply—in fact, we prefer that you don't have traditional, administrative habits to unlearn. We are looking for raw drive, exceptional social execution, and a hunger to learn. In our ecosystem, "Defence" handles the back-end administration, but you will be trained to play Offence as our Striker.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between initial customer interest and total physical transformation, whilst proactively driving our high-yield outbound B2B growth platforms. Because we are an expanding business, we don't have every single answer mapped out yet. You won't just follow a rigid, corporate manual; you will work directly alongside the directors to figure things out as we go, design new systems, and actively write our growth blueprint. Attention to detail is a non-negotiable for us.

Our Philosophy: We don’t do "sick care." We view health as a proactive state that should far exceed a patient’s pre-injury baseline. We are a movement clinic dedicated to depathologisation and self-actualisation. Based in the vibrant Dance City building, you will be the first point of contact and the primary architect of this premium experience.

The Schedule & Energy Balance: High performance requires deliberate recovery; we practice what we preach. To best serve our community, which includes many in the performing arts, our clinic hours can include evenings and weekends on a rotating staff rota. It is usually 9-5, but not always. However, your working week is strictly capped at 35 hours. We do not glorify burnout. We structure our schedules intentionally so that you can maintain an exceptional work-life balance, protect your own health, and bring genuine, high-vibe energy to every single shift.

Training & Mentorship Will Look Like: Because we want you here for the long haul, we are heavily invested in moulding you into an elite operator. You will receive:

  • Direct Commercial Mentorship: Work hand in hand with clinic partners and learn the inner workings of running and scaling a high-performing SME.
  • A Complete Marketing & B2B CPD Programme: Learn how to pitch, close high-value corporate accounts, manage pipelines, and run local area marketing campaigns.
  • Systems Architecture: Learn how to look at a growing business, spot operational gaps, and collaboratively build scalable solutions from scratch as we evolve.

Key Responsibilities (The "Offence"):

  • Lead Conversion & Advocacy: Managing inbound enquiries with high energy and turning curiosity into commitment. You will learn to confidently communicate the "Big Picture"—helping patients understand why a long-term treatment programme is an investment in their future.
  • Flagship B2B Outreach: Leading our high-yield outbound marketing platform. You will proactively map out, approach, and secure premium partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and high-profile organisations operating in the region, establishing our clinic as their default elite health and recovery hub.
  • Strategic Account Management: Learning the art of the commercial "long game." You will build deep, repeatable referral bridges with our key B2B partners and industry gatekeepers, using your hospitality budget to network and nurture connections over the long term.
  • Momentum Management (Autopoiesis): When the clinic floor is quiet, you don't wait for a to-do list. You use your initiative—mining leads, following up with lapsed clients, and refining our growth systems.
  • Vibe Architecture: Curating an elite, welcoming environment. You will navigate and command the shared public spaces around our facility, ensuring every client feels prioritised and energised.

The Profile: Who You Are:

  • High Agency & Entrepreneurial: You don’t need a task list to function. You see an operational gap, and you enthusiastically build a process to fill it. You are genuinely excited by the challenge of "figuring things out as we go" in a growing company.
  • Commercially Hungry: You might have a background in high-energy hospitality, boutique fitness, promotional work, or student leadership. You are excited about hitting commercial growth targets and talking comfortably about money.
  • Natural Connector: You have exceptional social skills. The idea of walking into a local business or reaching out to a corporate decision-maker on LinkedIn excites you rather than intimidates you.
  • Impeccable Presentation: As the face of an elite, high-performance brand, your presence must reflect our intentionality and high standards.
  • Cognitive Alignment: Ideally, a Kolbe A index around 3-7-6-3 (or a similar profile showing excellent follow-through mixed with a proactive, quick-starting drive).
  • Radical Honesty: The Package: We don’t believe in hiding numbers, masking benefits, or playing corporate games. Here is exactly what we are offering for this foundational career role:

Base Salary: £24,479 per annum (Calculated at £13.45/hr for a highly focused, 35-hour week. We are proudly a Real Living Wage employer—paying above the government’s legal minimum because we refuse to run our business on a philosophy of scarcity).

The "Striker" Bonus: A clear, uncapped performance incentive structure tied directly to the inbound treatment packages you convert and the premium B2B partnerships you secure. If the clinic wins, you win financially.

The Outbound Hospitality Fund: A dedicated, company-funded client entertainment expense account. We will give you the budget to take key industry decision-makers, stakeholders, and high-profile prospects out for coffee, lunch, or drinks to help build relationships and seal the deal.

Holidays: 28 days total per year (including public bank holidays), so you can fully switch off and recharge your batteries.

Movement & Health Perks: Full, unrestricted access to our clinic’s premium movement, recovery, and rehabilitation services for yourself. We expect you to live our philosophy.

Funding for Growth: A brilliant CPD package with a network of clinics across the UK and Ireland, including away-days for in-person training.

What We Offer: A Foundational Seat at the Table: This is a true career partnership. We want to look back in five years and see you running operations, steering internal marketing, or leading business development as a core, high-level partner in our expanded business. As we scale, your role, responsibilities, and financial upside will scale directly with us.
