Early Careers Recruiter 6 month contract About Us

We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world β€” from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries.

Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven β€” creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.

Why This Role Exists

Our client, a multinational enterprise software company, is looking to expand their early careers team. You'll join an established, on-the-ground early careers team in Newcastle at one of its busiest points in the year, helping deliver a large autumn graduate intake. It's fast-paced and hands-on, with a genuinely supportive team around you.

What You'll Do

  • Run high-volume graduate and early careers recruitment end to end, from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
  • Manage and progress a busy candidate pipeline, keeping momentum across a large intake.
  • Deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience β€” early careers hiring is as much about guiding people as assessing them.
  • Support campus and university activity alongside the wider team.
  • Work closely with programme and apprenticeship colleagues to keep hiring on track.
Requirements
  • Early careers/graduate recruitment experience (essential).
  • Genuinely enjoy early careers work: the pace, the volume and the pastoral side.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment and happy to jump in.
  • Tech or engineering hiring exposure is helpful but not essential β€” grad hiring is about spotting potential.
  • Any global or international recruitment experience is a bonus.

The details

  • 6-month contract, with potential to go permanent.
  • Hybrid working β€” around 3 days a week on-site in Newcastle, including campus events.
