About Us
We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world — from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries. Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.
Why This Role Exists
As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in building world-class technical and product teams for some of the fastest-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll own the full hiring lifecycle for roles across Engineering, Data, and Product — from hands-on developers to senior product and technical leaders. You’ll partner closely with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders to refine hiring approaches, strengthen processes, and ensure strategies translate effectively into delivery. Supported by a squad of sourcing and delivery specialists, you’ll combine deep technical curiosity with consultative partnership and a delivery-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and product disciplines — Software Engineering, Data, and Product
- Act as a trusted advisor to technology and product leaders, refining hiring processes and aligning on capability needs
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple technical domains and seniority levels
- Deliver a first-class candidate experience — timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy
- Use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process efficiency — turning insights into action
- Collaborate closely with your Move squad — sharing learnings, optimising tools, and continually improving delivery quality
- Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities and hiring challenges in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes — from modern engineering stacks to data and product org design
- Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby), and analytics dashboards
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs, and Product leaders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills — able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating technical complexity and ambiguity
- Curiosity and credibility when discussing technology — you ask sharp questions, learn fast, and build trust with technical talent
- UK-based, with the ability to attend occasional client or team sessions in London
What Success Looks Like
- You consistently deliver exceptional hires across Engineering, Data, and Product roles
- You build trusted partnerships with technical and product leadership
- You champion a hiring experience that reflects Move’s values — human, fast, and high-quality
- You contribute data, insights, and recommendations that help clients build stronger, more scalable teams
