Our client, a multinational enterprise software company, is looking to expand their early careers team.

You'll join an established, on-the-ground early careers team in Newcastle at one of its busiest points in the year, helping deliver a large autumn graduate intake.

Run high-volume graduate and early careers recruitment end to end, from attraction through to offer and onboarding.

Deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience — early careers hiring is as much about guiding people as assessing them.

Early careers/graduate recruitment experience (essential).

Genuinely enjoy early careers work: the pace, the volume and the pastoral side.

Any global or international recruitment experience is a bonus.

6-month contract, with potential to go permanent.

~ Hybrid working — around 3 days a week on-site in Newcastle, including campus events.
