About the Role

Reporting to: General Manager

Works with: General Manager, Marketing Executive, Venue Sales Manager, Assistant Operations Manager

Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week / 5 days over 7 days (Flexibility required)

Salary: Up to £28K to £34K Per Annum (Depending on experience)

This is not your typical marketing job. This is a petrolhead’s dream role. Working at the heart of a venue built around automotive culture and unforgettable experiences. You’ll be creating content around incredible vehicles, bringing car clubs together, supporting brand launches, and helping build a destination people genuinely want to be part of.

But this isn’t just about posting on social media. You’ll play a key role in shaping and owning how the brand shows up, creating standout content, launching campaigns, and generating real buzz through press releases, media coverage, and partnerships. From getting cars featured across social channels to seeing your events picked up by publications, you’ll help put the venue firmly on the map.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice across everything we do. From social content and website copy to press releases and event messaging, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the same tone, personality, and energy.

From planning and supporting live automotive events to creating content around high-performance cars, this is a hands-on, creative, and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Purpose of the Role

To plan and deliver creative marketing activity that:

  • Builds awareness and grows the brand
  • Drives attendance to car and corporate events
  • Manages the automotive events calendar, supporting the planning and coordination of events throughout the year
  • Increases footfall across the venue
  • Creates opportunities through events, partnerships, and collaborations

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and manage engaging content across social media channels
  • Capture high-quality photo & video content at events (training available)
  • Produce reels, posts, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Write press releases and announcements for events, brand launches, and key updates
  • Liaise with media, publications, and partners to generate coverage and exposure
  • Support email campaigns, newsletters, and wider written content
  • Own and maintain the brand voice across all content and platforms
  • Keep content fresh, exciting, and aligned with the brand
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Automotive Events & Car Clubs

  • Support the planning and coordination of automotive events, brand days, and launches
  • Assist in managing the automotive events calendar, helping to plan activity throughout the year
  • Play an active role in shaping and delivering the automotive events calendar
  • Contribute ideas and concepts for car events and experiences
  • Engage with car clubs and help build long-term relationships
  • Support the development and promotion of car event packages
  • Coordinate event marketing, messaging, and content alongside campaigns
  • Assist with on-site delivery during key event days, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of future events

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Collaborations

  • Build relationships with automotive brands, partners, and influencers
  • Identify and develop collaboration opportunities
  • Support brand launches and partnership activations
  • Work with content creators and communities to grow reach
  • Help position the venue as a leading automotive destination

Website & Online Presence

  • Update and maintain website content and event listings
  • Support SEO and online visibility
  • Ensure online journeys are clear, engaging, and up to date
  • Help optimise product and event content
  • Manage Google presence and online reputation

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team across events, garage, retail, and F&B
  • Coordinate with photographers, creatives, and partners
  • Ensure all marketing materials and event assets are ready and on brand
  • Be present on key event days (including weekends)
