About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to support our supervisors in delivering outstanding service across the café, restaurant and events operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the F&B Supervisors in the smooth running of service during busy periods in the restaurant and café.
  • Lead and coordinate team members on shift to ensure efficient, high‑quality service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with handling guest enquiries or concerns.
  • Assist with setting up, maintaining, and closing down service areas to required standards.
  • Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance across all event activities.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, kitchen staff, and the wider team to maintain smooth operations.
  • Proactively solve on‑site challenges with calm professionalism.
  • Uphold presentation, service and standards that reflect our brand values.

Person Specification

  • Experience in a Team Leader or senior team member role desirable.
  • Confident leading small teams across busy service periods.
