The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support operations across:
- The Drivers Lounge
- Corporate meetings & conferences
- Private events and functions
This is a front-facing leadership role where you’ll ensure excellent service standards across both daily hospitality and event delivery. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless guest experiences, from daytime dining through to evening events and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House Operations
- Support the daily operation of the Drivers Lounge
- Deliver high-quality, friendly service
- Supervise team members during service
- Maintain strong food and beverage standards
- Handle guest queries and feedback
- Corporate & Meeting Room Support
- Set up meeting rooms and event spaces
- Ensure professional presentation of all spaces
- Support conferences, networking events, and meetings
- Coordinate catering and service delivery
- Events & Functions (Including Evenings)
- Support private hire, corporate events, and large-scale functions
- Assist with room setup and event preparation
- Oversee service during events
- Work across daytime and evening events, including late finishes
- Help manage event flow and guest experience
- Team Leadership & Support
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house team
- Lead by example during busy services
- Support training and development
- Ensure strong communication across departments
- Standards & Operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety
- Support stock control and efficient service
- Assist management with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Experience in a hospitality or F&B supervisory role
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours when required
- Desirable
- Experience in events or corporate hospitality
- Experience setting up meeting rooms or event spaces
- Bar or beverage knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Interest in automotive culture (bonus, not essential)
Working Hours
Contracted 35 hours per week. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business. Additional hours will be required during busy periods, events, and peak seasons.
