With a busy calendar of automotive events alongside daily operations across the site, we create a fast‑paced and engaging environment for visitors every week.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Event Steward to support the smooth running of events and busy weekend operations. This is a hands‑on role focused on customer experience, organisation, and on‑site support, ensuring visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and well‑managed experience. You will play an important role in supporting events, assisting customers, and helping maintain the overall presentation and organisation of the site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cars, events, and being part of a busy automotive environment.
Working Hours
- Approximately 6–12 hours per week
- Primarily working Saturdays or Sundays
- Shifts will vary depending on event schedules, seasonality, and business demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Event & Site Support
- Support the delivery of automotive events and busy trading days
- Assist with event setup and general organisation across the site
- Help ensure events run smoothly from arrival through to departure
- Customer Experience
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for visitors
- Welcome guests and provide directions, guidance, and general assistance
- Answer simple queries and provide basic information about events, facilities, and the venue
- Help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere across the site
- Site Operations
- Assist with the setup and upkeep of outdoor areas, including furniture and event spaces
- Help maintain cleanliness across the site, including monitoring and emptying bins
- Support general site presentation to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the day
- Crowd & Flow Management
- Assist with managing vehicle and pedestrian movement across the site
- Support safe entry, exit, and general flow during busy periods
- Help maintain a safe and well‑organised environment
- On‑Site Awareness & Safety
- Remain aware of activity across the site and report any issues or concerns
- Follow event briefings and support basic safety procedures
- Escalate incidents or risks to senior team members when required
- Team Support
- Work closely with senior stewards, events, hospitality, and operations teams
- Follow instructions and support team coordination during events
- Assist other areas of the business during busy periods if required
