The Role: We are expanding and looking for a professional vehicle technician to join our Bradford Road, Batley workshop. You'll need basic diagnostics skills, service and repairs. We are looking for a skilled vehicle technician who can confidently carry out tasks like timing belt replacements, including wet belts. If you are an MOT tester that would be highly advantageous.

The Rewards:

  • Basic Uncapped Performance Bonus (OTE £36k+), rewarding your efficiency and hard work. Our current technicians comfortably earn an extra £175-£275 per month by hitting realistic targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Precision Work: Carrying out all aspects of light motor vehicle servicing and repairs.

About You: Ideally, you are a fully qualified vehicle technician who takes pride in a job well done. You'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or significant time-served experience.
  • MOT License (Advantageous).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in a professional workshop environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and a good approach to customer service.
