Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead broker for The Mortgage League as the business grows
• Write and manage your own mortgage and protection business to a high professional standard
• Grow and maintain a personal client base through referrals and network development
• Provide guidance and leadership on advice standards and client handling as new advisers join
• Support and help develop advisers recruited under your wing as the team expands
• Influence the structure and development of the advisory team and operating model
• Uphold compliance, regulatory standards, and professional conduct at all times

• 80% commission of self generated business and 70% on provided leads
• Additional commission on protection, conveyancing and general insurance referrals

Requirements

• CeMAP or CII Cert MP qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a mortgage adviser
• Clean compliance record
