Who we are
The Mortgage League is a modern, adviser‑led mortgage and protection firm designed to help experienced advisers transition successfully into self‑employment. We provide advisers with a platform to build their own personal brand while effectively borrowing the strength, reputation, and regulatory framework of an already established firm. Lead generation, compliance, systems, marketing, and brand growth are handled centrally, so advisers can focus on what actually creates value: advising clients and writing quality business. Our model is intentionally flexible. There are no rigid targets or arbitrary KPIs, because we believe good advisers perform best when trusted to manage their own time, energy, and client relationships. This makes The Mortgage League an excellent fit for advisers who want the autonomy and higher earning opportunities of self‑employment, but with proper backing, consistency, and long term growth built in. We’re scaling carefully and deliberately, prioritising quality advice, sustainable growth, and advisers who want to build something of their own within a strong, supportive framework.
