We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clients by assessing their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services and basic maths skills to assist clients effectively in managing their cases and navigating available resources.
Duties
- Telephone Manner – the successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and speak with confidence, clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Objection-handling skills are essential.
- Chasing – Contacting clients to get any relevant information that the lenders have requested. Contacting lenders to get the case processed and offered as quickly as possible.
- Case updates – Updating the CRM systems to ensure the clients' files are up to date with all the information of their ongoing cases.
- Filing – Correlating the clients' paperwork into files to make sure all the relevant details are in order and up to date.
Experience
Previous experience in case management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of financial services is essential for assisting clients with budgeting and resource management. Basic maths skills are required to help clients.
