Potential applicants should have:
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics(or equivalent).
- Experience of working with young people and apassion for supporting their success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage a classroom effectively andadapt to different situations.
- A calm, flexible and professional approach, withthe enthusiasm to contribute to the wider life of the Academy.
