We are looking to hire a
Head of Commercial Analytics & Trading to join our team.
Reporting to the VP of Commercial, you will be the analytical and trading engine of the commercial team — turning complex fleet, booking, owner and competitor data into sharp pricing and trading decisions, owning dynamic pricing, promotions and ancillary strategy day-to-day, and ensuring the commercial integrity of our trading dashboards.
You bring the data, insight, AI capability and genuine pricing expertise; the VP brings the deep travel pricing strategy.
AI is central to how we work (currently Claude).

- Pricing, Promotions & Ancillaries
- Lead the dynamic pricing and promotions engine end-to-end, partnering with the VP of Commercial on overall strategy.
- Own the pricing and commercial strategy for ancillary revenue streams, including Damage Waiver, Skippered and Crewed Charters, Provisioning & Beverages, Early Booking and Inclusions.
- Competitor & Market Intelligence
- Develop and continuously enhance the competitor pricing and promotions benchmarking engine, building on existing scraped data to deliver live, like-for-like market intelligence.
- Fleet Utilisation & Owner Economics
- Optimise fleet utilisation by analysing booking patterns, charter-length strategies and capacity gaps, working closely with Fleet Planning to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Optimise owner-fleet economics by analysing owner booking and cancellation behaviour and refining owner privileges to maximise paid occupancy while honouring owner entitlements.
- Trading, Analytics & AI
- Build the models, forecasts and booking-curve analysis that underpin trading decisions, using AI to accelerate analysis and insight; lead the weekly trading cadence.
- Own the commercial logic, accuracy and integrity of the trading dashboards (Radar), ensuring alignment with financial and operational reporting.
- Lead and develop the Yield Analysts, raising the analytical capability and commercial impact of the team.
- What you’ll bring
- Exceptional, hands‑on analytical capability — advanced Excel, strong SQL and ideally Python, with the ability to build robust models from complex data.
- Real, evidenced AI fluency, with specific examples of using AI tools to improve analytical productivity or deliver commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to independently own dynamic pricing, promotions and ancillary pricing, partnering closely with the VP of Commercial on strategy.
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Radar, Tableau or Looker) and a rigorous, accuracy‑first approach to data.
- High pace, intellectual curiosity, sound commercial judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
- Preferred
- Online travel or OTA pricing experience strongly preferred.
- Background in strategy consulting, Big Four or finance (FP&A, ACA/CPA).
- Experience managing perishable, seasonal inventory (e. g. hotels, cruise, car rental or charter/marine).
- Experience with Big Query or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
