ROLE OVERVIEW
The Night Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest areas and public spaces during overnight hours. The role supports the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and ready for use by guests and staff the following day. This position may also involve responding to guest requests, handling laundry duties, and supporting other departments as needed during the night shift.
To provide high standards of cleanliness and guest service during night hours by ensuring all public areas, guest rooms (as required), and back‑of‑house spaces are clean, well‑maintained, and fully stocked. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms during night hours.

- Perform light room servicing or turndown service for late check‑ins or special requests.
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms.
- Replenish housekeeping carts and storage areas with supplies for the next day.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual activity to the night supervisor or security.
