Meldrum House Hotel in Inverurie, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our brigade with passion and a coaching approach. You’ll contribute to a high standard of dishes in both the main kitchen and banqueting kitchen, supporting the Executive Head Chef and ensuring consistency across services.
