The Monogram Collective is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across our Pine Trees Hotel in Pitlochry and Meldrum House Hotel in Aberdeenshire.

You will report to the Head of People & Culture, advise managers on policies, handle investigations, oversee onboarding, recruitment and compliance, and contribute to exciting new HR initiatives for a luxury hospitality brand.
