At Pine Trees, we want our team and our guests to step away from the hustle and bustle and take in the breath‑taking scenery within our 10‑acre woodland estate.
Your Role
As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for running the full breakfast service.
Working from 7am - 3pm, 5 days per week, you will be responsible for producing the best quality breakfasts for all our guests and non‑resident bookings.
You will
- Provide a full à la carte breakfast, alongside a continental offering for up to 70 guests each day.
- Solely responsible for all mise en place required for the breakfast service each day.
- Ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality.
We Ask of You
- Can demonstrate an awareness of the importance of minimising wastage
- Can demonstrate a clear passion and interest in food
- Can demonstrate experience of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen
- Good awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Previous experience of working within a Kitchen of a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Food Hygiene Certificate
As a Breakfast Chef, we ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn.
This is a vital role in the function of the hotel.
