The Vineyard is renowned for exceptional food, outstanding wine and unforgettable guest experiences. Our new spa will build on that reputation, creating a destination centred around wellness, relaxation and personalised care, delivered to the standards expected of a five‑star hotel.

About the role
As Spa Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of The Vineyard Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and consistently high standards across all spa and wellness facilities.
You will lead a team of Spa Receptionists and Therapists while overseeing treatment rooms, wellness experiences, relaxation facilities and a 24‑hour gym. You will be responsible for creating a culture focused on wellbeing, luxury hospitality and personalised service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and restorative experience.
