The role

As Rooms Division Manager, you will lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, luxury presentationstandardsand operational excellence across the hotel.

This hands-on leadership roleis responsible fordriving service quality, team development, departmentalperformanceand collaboration across the business to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

  • Lead the daily operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Nightsand Public Areas teams.
  • Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain SLH luxury brand standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest presentation standards.
  • Recruit, train, coachand develop high-performing teams.
  • Manage departmentalrotas, payroll, labourcostsand stock control.
  • Oversee guest arrivals, departures, nightauditand guest service procedures.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, COSHH and company policies.

About you

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for guest service, teamdevelopmentand operational excellence.

You thrive in a hands-on environment, leadbyexampleand have a proven ability to inspire teams whilemaintaininghigh standardswithin a luxury hotel setting.

  • Previous Rooms Division, Front Officeor Housekeeping management experience within a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to operational delivery.
  • Experience conducting team meetings, coachingsessionsand one-to-one reviews.
  • Proven experience managingrotas, payrolland departmental budgets.
  • Ability to implement cost-control measures whilemaintainingservice quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail andorganisationalskills.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Outlook; experience with Fourth Hospitality, HMS, Seven Roomsor Zonal isadvantageous.
