The role involves working closely with the Reception Manager and wider Front Office team, playing a key role in delivering a warm, friendly and efficient service to every guest, ensuring their stay is memorable from arrival to departure. You’ll also:
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly and professional first impression at all times
- Handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and calls promptly and effectively
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services and the local area
- Ensure all payment processes are handled in line with company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and presentable reception area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner
- Some operational duties may include assistance with guest luggage and room drops.
