The role: As a Conference & Events Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of service to all our guests. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests enhances their stay. With a smile and your infectious personality, you will enjoy chatting to our guests, offering help and assistance to enquiries. Joining the dedicated Conference & Events department, you will:

  • Be involved in a varied role, working across areas including the ballroom, stables conference centre, Titan Sky Bar dome and outdoor spaces
  • Ensuring event rooms are set to the customer requirements and specifications
  • Receive guests, take orders, serve food and drink to guests and ensure correct payment is processed
  • Greet our guests when they arrive with a friendly hello and your warm welcome
  • Create great customer service and a friendly, welcoming environment to promote guest loyalty
  • Gain knowledge of our menu offerings and food and alcohol standards
  • Depending on age, work may also be required for wine service and behind the event bars

About you: As a Conference & Events Assistant, we ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You’ll have a real passion for food and drink, and excellent attention to detail to provide amazing service. You’ll also:
