Your Role
- Deliver warm, attentive and engaging service to guests across the hotel's bars and food & beverage outlets.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
- Share your knowledge of whisky, wine, cocktails and local products to enhance the guest experience.
- Create and serve cocktails, coffees and speciality drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
- Accurately process orders and payments using hotel systems.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout all bar areas.
- Receive and serve food orders when required.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
- Support colleagues across the wider Food & Beverage operation during busy periods.
- Promote hotel events, experiences and facilities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
About You
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of whisky, wines, spirits and cocktails.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Scottish hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
