As part of our continued success, we are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the guest journey across the hotel.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee our Front Office and Housekeeping operations while supporting the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will act as a trusted deputy to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the hotel whilstmaintainingthehighest standards of service and presentation.

You’ll also

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
  • Act as the senior point of contact in the General Manager's absence.
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrivalthrough todeparture.
  • Support and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team.
  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll, rotasand operational costs.
  • Recruit, train, coachand develop high-performing teams.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and GDPR requirements.

About you

You are a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with significant leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment.

You will also have

  • Previoussenior Rooms Division management experience.
  • Experiencedeputisingfor a General Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent leadershipand peoplemanagement skills.
  • Experience managing payroll, rotasand budgets.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Microsoft Officeproficiency; relevant hotel systems experienceadvantageous.
