Your Role

  • Deliver warm, attentive and engaging service to guests across the hotel's bars and food & beverage outlets.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
  • Share your knowledge of whisky, wine, cocktails and local products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Create and serve cocktails, coffees and speciality drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Accurately process orders and payments using hotel systems.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout all bar areas.
  • Receive and serve food orders when required.
  • Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
  • Support colleagues across the wider Food & Beverage operation during busy periods.
  • Promote hotel events, experiences and facilities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

About You

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of whisky, wines, spirits and cocktails.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Scottish hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
