As part of our growing Executive Education team, we are looking for a Programme Operations Manager to drive workflow efficiency and ensure seamless programme delivery. About the Role
The Programme Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive education programmes. Working closely with Programme Designers, Programme Delivery Managers, and the Sales team, you will oversee workload distribution, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency. You will lead the use of Monday.com as our workflow management system, ensuring projects are planned, assigned, and tracked effectively. This role requires strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Workload & Resource Management
- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess incoming programme demands and allocate work accordingly.
- Assign tasks to Programme Designers and Programme Delivery Managers, ensuring balanced workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Track programme progress and provide regular workload capacity updates to management.
- Project & Workflow Coordination
- Lead and optimise the use of Monday.com as the primary workflow management system.
- Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively reallocate resources.
- Train team members on best practices for using workflow management tools.
- Financial Administration
- Track programme spend and support budget management to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide financial reports to leadership on budget utilisation and forecasted spend.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Programme Design, and Programme Delivery teams.
- Facilitate structured communication around deadlines, priorities, and resourcing challenges.
- Lead regular check-in meetings to ensure programme progress and alignment.
- Operational & Logistical Support
- Oversee documentation, resource tracking, and logistical coordination for executive education programmes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining processes and optimising efficiency.
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive professional with a passion for workflow and resource management. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

- Financial literacy and experience tracking budgets
