Here at The Mole Resort, we launched a fantastic new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities. As a Spa Therapist, you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests through the treatments you provide. We offer a full range of treatments that can be viewed via our website.
What will I be doing?
As a Spa Therapist at The Mole, you will assist visitors to the Spa with direction and understanding of the facilities. You will also be responsible for keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition for client’s comfort, as well as work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Delivery of a variety of treatments in a professional manner
- Manage a reservation diary
- Keep treatment rooms in a clean and tidy condition
- Payment handling and financial control
- Support the rest of the Leisure team when required
- Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department
- Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner
- Complying with current health and safety legislation
- Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork
- Carry out administrative tasks

To successfully fill this role as a Spa Therapist at The Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- A good working knowledge of the treatments available
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service through the treatments you deliver
- A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in a team
You will need to be qualified to deliver some treatments; the range of treatments available will be discussed at interview stage. You will be key in delivering our brand of fabulous stays and active days.
