Here at The Mole Resort we have a fantastic resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities. As a Restaurant Server you will be responsible for assisting the team in the profitable and efficient running of the restaurant and bar areas. You will possess and demonstrate great customer skills and contribute to a fantastic guest experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Server at The Mole, you are responsible for providing efficient service to guests bringing personality and fun to the F B outlets. You'll inject your personality every moment you’re with our guests so that they love to come back time and time again. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare and cleardown the restaurant before and after service.
  • Ensure that you have great knowledge of our menus.
  • Serve our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Utilise every opportunity to upsell the business.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience.
