About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Assistant with a focus on painting and decorating to support the upkeep of our holiday resort. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic painting experience who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, fresh, and well-presented for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating across guest accommodation and communal areas
- Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, and basic repairs
- Refresh rooms between guest stays to a consistent standard
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly
