Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities. As a Leisure Assistant you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services available.
What will I be doing?
- Operating a professional reception service to our members and visitors.
- Assisting with delivery of activities and classes.
- Handling membership enquiries and taking payments.
- Presenting all areas of the department at their best at all times.
- Ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department.
- Following operating procedures for opening and closing the facility including pool area.
- Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner.
- Complying with current health and safety legislation.
- Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork.
