Here at The Mole, we operate a fantastic resort set in 120 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.
What will I be doing?
- Carrying out detailed checks of all accommodation, including rooms, lodges, and cottages, ensuring everything meets our luxury brand standards before guest arrival.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the housekeeping team, including allocating cleaning lists and priorities.
- Helping maintain a smooth operation across a varied estate, from Manor House rooms to eco-lodges and large family cottages.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Working closely with Reception, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure properties are ready and released for guest check-in on time.
- Reporting maintenance issues and defects promptly to keep accommodation in top condition.
- Making sure guest special requests or requirements are prepared and in place ahead of arrival.
