The Mole Resort in North Devon is seeking a commercially driven Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager to lead the enquiry journey from first contact to event confirmation. You will own the commercial strategy, convert enquiries to bookings, and build a strong pipeline of future business.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team and drive revenue across corporate, conferences, weddings, and bespoke events in a countryside resort setting.
