The Mole Resort is a premium countryside resort in North Devon, blending hotel stays, self-catering lodges, spa and leisure, meetings and weddings with a strong, destination-led food and drink offer.

Our Food & Beverage Manager will lead the entire F&B operation across the resort. This includes overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary: £40,000 + bonus
