This is a fantastic opportunity to join our amazing team here at The Mole, where we operate a fantastic countryside resort offering beautiful accommodation, delicious food and drink and exciting activities. The role of C&E Supervisor is to lead, organise, prepare and deliver our events business, with the support of our Food and Beverage Manager, meeting and exceeding our guest requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating with the sales and operations team to make sure events are delivered to a professional standard to client specification.
- Working alongside the F&B team in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
- Liaising with all teams on site to prepare for events.
- Assist the F&B team when necessary.
- Set up and clear down function and event spaces.
- Deal direct with guests/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Co-ordinate the service team and lead our event delivery.
- Maintain Health and Safety/Food Safety standards.
Qualifications / Attributes:
- An organised/methodical approach to work.
- Attention to detail and ability to mirror requirements.
- Positive and professional leadership qualities to take control and direct a team.
- Ability to communicate well in a variety of situations.
