Salary: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Hours: part time and full time available

Here at The Mole Resort we operate a fantastic resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities. As a Bartender you will be responsible for assisting in the profitable and efficient running of the bar. You will possess and demonstrate great customer skills and contribute to a fantastic guest experience.

What will I be doing? As a Bartender at The Mole, you are responsible for providing efficient service to guests being the personality behind the beer pumps and the expert on our drinks menu. You'll inject your personality every moment you’re with our guests so that they love to come back time and time again. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare the bar area for service
  • Ensure that you have great knowledge of drinks menu and bar offering
  • Ensure adequate stocks of every product in bars and ensure the stock is well managed.
  • Ensure good merchandising to show our fantastic array of top quality products.
  • Ensure a friendly and professional guest experience

Above all you should be fun and help us deliver our brand of fabulous stays and active days. Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
