Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Leisure Assistant, you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services available.

What will I be doing? As a Leisure Assistant at The Mole, you will be a key figure in delivering both a positive, engaging service to our guests in both leisure and activity areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Operating a professional reception service to our members and visitors.
  • Assisting with delivery of activities and classes.
  • Handling membership enquiries and taking payments.
  • Presenting all areas of the department at their best at all times.
  • Ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department.
  • Following operating procedures for opening and closing the facility including pool area.
  • Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner.
  • Complying with current health and safety legislation.
  • Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork.

Although previous experience and qualification would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be key in delivering our brand of fabulous stays and active days.
