Overview
The Modern Milkman is a pioneering delivery service that began as a local milk round, inspired by the need to combat plastic pollution. Our mission is to transform the grocery delivery landscape by providing fresh milk and groceries in returnable and reusable packaging, all while promoting sustainable practices.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Driver located in Loughborough. We are currently recruiting in Loughborough, and we also have hubs in Lichfield and Wellingborough. The delivery window will be between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM.
The Night Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering milk and farm products as well as fresh bread and pastries to customers on a nightly basis, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. We do not work on Saturdays. You will be responsible for loading up on the van. This is a self-employed position. Average drops each evening are 180 at 60p per drop. We will supply the van, insurance and fuel for you.

- Night shift experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver\’s license (manual license only) and clean driving record (no more than 6 points)
