What you\’ll do…
This is a variable activity role that combines the best of field sales and marketing:
- Door-to-door selling in and around Manchester and across the UK
- Street selling and sampling – represent our brand and win new customers through face-to-face engagement
- Take part in larger PR and brand activities – from city center activations to unique marketing campaigns
- Build genuine relationships with customers who LOVE sustainable, farm-fresh produce
- Pioneer new sales strategies as the first field sales agent of your kind at The Modern Milkman
What we\’re looking for…
Essential Requirements:
- Based in Manchester or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role!) with a UK valid driving licence
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
- Resilient and optimistic – you bounce back quickly from rejection
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Physically capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day
