At The Mixing Jug, we're building a fast-paced juice and coffee bar in the heart of Marlow, and we're looking for reliable, positive people to support the team during our busiest times, especially weekends.

What you'll get
- Base pay £10.85 to £12.71/hr (depending on age) + Tip Share (around £1.00/hr)

The role
- Serving coffee, juices, smoothies and food
- Delivering great customer service
- Supporting the team during busy weekend periods
- Keeping the shop running smoothly
What we're looking for
We hire on attitude first. You're:
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable (this matters a lot)
- Available to work weekends consistently
- Quick to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable in a busy environment
Hospitality experience helps but isn't essential. You must have either weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) available.
