The Mixing Jug in Marlow is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a team of around 12, grow the sales and train every team member to The Mixing Jug standard. Our systems for rotas, stock and daily handover are in place, so your time goes on what matters: customers, sales and people.
Salary 28,000–30,000 with a quarterly sales bonus up to 3,000 and a tip share (around 1,750 yearly). Total package up to 34,750, plus 28 days holiday and a workplace pension.
