We are looking for a highly knowledgeable Gardener with bags of energy, a passion for the outdoors and the desire to be the best, to join our Maintenance team at The Mitre, Hampton Court. You will:
- Have a professional and outgoing approach to all our hotel's exteriors, whilst attending internal team meetings as and when required.
- Be comfortable leading a small team and delegating - this may include Assistant Gardeners, or Maintenance Assistants.
- Have a passion for plants, horticulture and understand plant care, pruning and maintenance.
- Have a broad understanding of garden machinery, with some proficiency in operating.
- Be a team player, willing to learn and get involved with a wide range of tasks.
- Be motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Have between 1-2 years' of gardening experience across hotels, or private residences.
