About the Role… As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team, contributing to the success of a wide range of healthcare communication projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle while developing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. We're looking for someone who is detail-orientated, curious and eager to develop within the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry. You'll be proactive, well organised and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and build strong working relationships. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility. However, occasional travel to our London office will be required for client meetings and other business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in delivering high-quality, multi-channel healthcare communications projects
- Develop a working understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing industry
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
- Upload and manage references in Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring smooth approval workflows
- Conduct research into market trends and competitor activity to support strategic development
- Support the client lead in managing client budgets, updating regularly, chasing POs, and controlling external costs
- Take responsibility for small projects, managing timelines and coordinating with internal teams
- Proofread materials with strong attention to accuracy and consistency
- Prepare contact reports and status updates in a timely and organised manner
- Work collaboratively within the team and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture
- Communicate proactively and raise any challenges or deadlines early
- Accurately track time each day using EASL project management tools
About the Person…
- Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Committed to personal and professional growth, actively seeking opportunities for development.
