Manager, Account Executive in London

Account Manager - FTC until 24th December 2026Norwich or London - Hybrid working (3-days per week in the office)A little about us….Bray Leino is a full-service brand growth agency established in North Devon in 1973, with further offices in Bristol, London and Norwich, servicing national and global B2B and B2C clients.We’re looking for an Account Manager with experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns to join our team and play a key role for our clients.You’ll be at the heart of your accounts, acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and working closely with teams across the business to keep projects moving. This role has a key focus on delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects and bringing people together to get great work out the door.Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day point of contact.Coordinating internal teams and keeping everyone aligned across multiple projects and workstreams.Managing project timelines, budgets, costs and documentation.Leading client calls and confidently presenting work and project updates.Supporting the development of creative and strategic work, predominantly across digital platforms with some exposure to events.Keeping senior stakeholders informed and escalating potential risks when needed.Agency-based experienceExperience delivering digital marketing campaigns - experience working on eComm, website and SEO projects would be preferred.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience managing budgets, estimates, invoicing or financial tracking.Confident using Microsoft Office.Whether you’re coming for an interview or have been with us for years, what matters is your talent and character; We’re committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion and/or belief.
