At Bray Leino we bring recognised depth to retail, automotive, food & drink, industrial B2B, healthcare, and professional, financial & utility services, where specialist knowledge leads to more effective thinking, creativity and results.

About Post Office: Post Office is one of Bray Leino's largest and most high-profile accounts, placing us at the centre of one of the UK's most recognised and trusted brands. As lead creative agency, we drive the brand's strategy, creative vision and end-to-end production across owned and paid channels including advertising, social, digital, in-branch, customer experience, web and email communications.

  • Act as the senior client lead, building strong, trusted stakeholder relationships

  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell
  • Coordinate internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Forward plan resources to support efficient delivery
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews
  • Build proactive account plans and add value beyond incoming briefs
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage upwards and maintain clear senior stakeholder communication

Skills & Experience: We're looking for someone with strong experience in a senior client services or account leadership role within an agency or similarly fast-paced marketing environment. A strong track record of managing and growing senior client relationships. Experience independently leading significant accounts, complex campaigns and multiple workstreams. Excellent commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, scopes and account profitability. A proven ability to identify and convert account growth, cross-sell and business development opportunities. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing and communications strategies. Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience leading negotiations and navigating difficult client conversations. Strong project and delivery management skills, with the ability to maintain quality, efficiency and attention to detail across multiple priorities. An understanding of governance, compliance and risk management within client delivery. A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching, mentoring and developing account managers, executives and wider teams. A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across creative, strategy, delivery and specialist disciplines.
