You will manage multiple workstreams, mentor a high-performing team, and own account profitability and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior client lead and cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple workstreams
  • Develop deep understanding of client business, priorities, and competitors
  • Generate creative briefs and communications strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Translate client objectives into direction for internal teams
  • Collaborate with planning, creative, and specialist teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Ensure on-time, on-brief, on-budget delivery
  • Own account commercial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners for seamless delivery
  • Forecast resources to support efficient delivery
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews
  • Build proactive account plans and add value beyond briefs
  • Mentor and develop team members and foster a high-performance culture
  • Manage upwards with clear senior stakeholder communication

Key requirements

  • Strong track record in senior client services or account leadership
  • Experience independently leading large accounts, complex campaigns, and multiple workstreams
  • Excellent commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability experience
  • Proven ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
  • Strong strategic thinking translating objectives into marketing/communications strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling with stakeholder influence
  • Experience in negotiations and handling difficult client conversations
  • Strong project and delivery management across multiple priorities
  • Understanding of governance, compliance and risk in client delivery
  • Proactive, commercially minded with drive for innovation and improvement
