The Milton Keynes Academy is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to support students with behavioural, social and emotional needs. You will work within our safeguarding-focused team to promote inclusion, resilience and wellbeing, building trust with learners, families and staff.
Ideally you have prior experience with young people in education or pastoral settings, strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while safeguarding and promoting positive behaviour.
