We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our Sponsorship Sales Development Team. In this role, you will support our Sponsorship Sales organization by generating early-stage pipeline, connecting with senior-level technology leaders, and helping drive revenue opportunities. Ideal candidates are driven, proactive, and excited to accelerate their sales career in a fast-paced, innovative environment—ultimately growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role within 4–5 months.

- You have some experience in business development or sales development.
- A self-starter with determination, grit, and a drive to create opportunities.
- Comfortable with—or eager to learn—prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
- A confident, patient, and thoughtful communicator both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through a combination of calling and emailing.
- Build relationships with senior management contacts within the technology vendor space.
- Develop and manage an early-stage sales pipeline.
- Follow up on sales-led campaigns and create self-sourced prospect lists.
- Use sales tools and research methods to identify key decision-makers.
- Maintain high outbound call volume and execute mass email campaigns.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Sponsorship Sales Account Executives.
- Understand Millennium’s offerings and position them effectively based on prospect needs.
- Track and manage all outreach activity and prospect data within Salesforce.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity and performance targets.
