Mill Lane is a 4-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going swimming, dancing, walking and holidays helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way. You'll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
