A highly regarded secondary school in Barnet is seeking an ambitious STEM SEND Teaching Assistant to join its specialist provision from September 2026. As a STEM SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support autistic students across Maths and Science, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence in their abilities, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.

- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with ASC and PDA.

- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND specialists to support student success.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM-related subject from a leading university.
- Strong A-Level results, ideally A in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or a related STEM discipline.
- A genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and SEND.
- Patient, kind, and emotionally intelligent, with a calm and nurturing approach.
